In the fall of 2021, on September 26th, a meeting was held by a group of coaches, parents and community members to organize a new baseball development organization for youth in Cadillac. They determined the need for a Cadillac development program was needed to Cadillac area students and serve as a feeder program for Cadillac High School baseball. During that meeting, the name Viking Baseball Association (VBA) was selected, bylaws were adopted, officers were elected and basic details were firmed up. VBA will provide opportunities for students that are 7-8yrs, 9-10yrs, 11-12yrs and 13-14yrs. The VBA program will participate in Cadillac Little League and a few summer tournaments. We are excited to be in partnership with Little League and the Cadillac High School program and head coaches.
